Not at this time! We sell directly to you, which allows us to offer ultra-premium products at a fair price (and provide the best possible customer experience). It’s a convenient, efficient, and more affordable way of doing things.

l What if an item l want is out of stock during a sale or special promotion?
During special sales and promotions, all items are while supplies last. When they're gone, they're gone!
l Are you able to hold, delay or combine orders?
We are not able to make changes to orders after they've shipped.
l What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal.
l Why am I charged before my order has shipped?
To prevent any potential delays, your payment method will be charged at the time of order.
l How can I check the status of my order?
You can track your shipment's progress using your order number and email, or contect to our customer service team, we will reply and handle it soon.
l What if l need to modify the contents of my order?
We cannot modify orders after they have shipped.

We currently only ship within the Australia, New Zealand, but we are hoping to expand to more countries andterritories soon! join our community and you'll always be the first to know.

l I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
lf the items are allin stock and ready to ship,they are more likely to come in the same shipment, However, if one or more of theitems are not in stock, they may be shipped separately.
l My order was marked as delivered, but it's not here! What do l do?
